The same-week rule: book by Wednesday noon and we visit this week. How it works

Mon–Fri 7:00–18:00 · Sat 8:00–14:00 · (555) 010-3360

Heating · Cooling · Plumbing · Electrical

The whole house, looked after by one family firm.

From the heat pump outside to the panel in the basement, we install, service and repair the systems that keep your home warm, cool, lit and supplied with hot water. You get a written price before any work starts, and a technician who explains what they found in plain English.

Our same-week rule

Book by Wednesday at noon and a technician will be at your door before the week is out. If we can't make it, your diagnostic visit is free. It's how we schedule, not a hopeful estimate.

What we do

Six services, each done properly.

We keep the list short on purpose. Every job below is handled by our own crews and backed by the same written guarantee, whether it's a filter change or a full heat pump install.

    Heating & cooling

    Heat pumps & air conditioning

Sizing, installation and repair for ducted and ductless systems. We do the heat-loss calculation first, so you never pay for a unit bigger than the house needs.

How a visit works

No surprises, from the call to the clean-up.

The same four steps on every job, whether it's a dripping valve or a new heating system.

  1. Book a two-hour window

Call or book online and pick an arrival window. On the day, we text when the technician is on the way, with a photo so you know who's at the door.

  2. We look before we quote

Shoe covers on, drop cloth down. We inspect and test the system, then tell you what we found, including what doesn't need fixing.

  3. A written price, with options

You see the price on paper before anything starts, often with a repair option and a replace option side by side. No "today only" deals.

  4. Fix, test, tidy, explain

We do the work, test it in front of you, clean up, and leave a short report with photos. Your two-year workmanship guarantee starts that day.

Energy upgrades

Fix the house first. Then the equipment.

The cheapest energy is the energy you never use. Before we size a heat pump or a solar array, we find where your home is losing heat, because a tighter house needs smaller, cheaper equipment.

  1. Seal and insulateAir-seal the attic floor, top up insulation and dry out damp basements.
  2. Right-size heating and coolingWith the leaks fixed, a smaller heat pump often does the job, and runs quieter.
  3. Check the panelConfirm there's capacity for what comes next, with surge protection fitted.
  4. Add solar and EV chargingGenerate power for a house that now needs less of it.

We'll point you to rebate programs that may apply in your area and handle the contractor side of the paperwork.

Maintenance plans

Look after it once a year. Skip the 2 a.m. breakdown.

Most breakdowns we see started as something small: a clogged filter, a dirty coil, a loose connection. A plan puts those checks on the calendar so you don't have to remember them.

Questions

Straight answers before you book.

Can't see your question? Call us. The phone is answered by someone who works here, not a call centre.

(555) 010-3360
What does a diagnostic visit cost?

Our example diagnostic fee is $89. It covers the trip, a full inspection and a written quote. If you go ahead with the repair, it's credited against the bill, and Whole Home plan members don't pay it at all.

How does the same-week rule work?

Book by Wednesday at noon and we schedule your visit for the same week, Monday to Saturday. If we can't, the diagnostic visit is free. No-heat, no-cooling and active-leak calls go to the front of the queue whatever the day.

Do you give prices over the phone?

We'll give you honest ballpark ranges, like the ones on our services page. A firm price needs eyes on the equipment, and you'll always have it in writing before any work starts.

Will you try to sell me a new system?

Only if a repair doesn't make sense, and we'll show you why. Our technicians aren't paid commission on equipment, so there's no reason for them to push a replacement.

Do you handle permits and inspections?

Yes. When a job needs a permit, such as a panel upgrade, a new heat pump or a water heater swap, we apply for it, book the inspection and meet the inspector.

Can you help with rebates for heat pumps or insulation?

We'll point you to programs that may apply and fill in the contractor side of the forms. Amounts and eligibility are set by each program, so we never promise a figure up front.

Something not working the way it should?

Tell us what's going on and pick a time that suits you. We'll call back to confirm, usually within one business hour.
