Pick the service and a two-hour window that suits you. We'll call back to confirm, usually within one business hour during opening times.
The same-week rule
Book by Wednesday at noon and we'll visit before the week is out. If we can't make it, your diagnostic visit is free.

Do I need to be home for the visit?
For a first visit, yes, or someone over 18 who can let us in and approve a price. For plan tune-ups, many customers leave a key or a code, and we send the report and photos afterwards.
Can I book a quote for a bigger project?
Yes. Choose "Planning a project" above. For heat pumps, solar and panel upgrades we'll book a longer assessment visit and send a written proposal, usually within three working days.
How do I pay?
Card or bank transfer when the work is finished. Larger installs take a deposit when you accept the quote, with the balance due on completion.
What if I need to change my time?
Just call. There's no charge for rescheduling, and we'll offer you the next window that works.
